Wyman brothers set for Daytona Superbike, Harley Davidson, and Pro Supersport series events.
Plymouth,WI (PRWEB) July 18, 2014
Fresh out of a podium-finishing weekend at Laguna Seca, Kyle Wyman Racing, featuring both Kyle and Cody Wyman, is set for another competition weekend at Mid-Ohio Sports Course in Lexington, OH.
Kyle will be competing in his customary two events including the AMA Pro Daytona Superbike series as well as the Harley Davidson competition series on his Millennium Technologies racing cycles. His brother Cody will compete in the AMA Pro Supersport Series on his machine sponsored by Harv’s Harley Davidson.
Still fresh off of his recent knee surgery, Kyle Wyman is ready for more competition. "Mid-Ohio has always been like a home track to us," Kyle said. "We always have plenty of friends and family who come out, because it's the closest track to our home in N.Y. I have a lot of time around there and I look forward to the track knowledge I'll have relative to the very little I had at Laguna. I'm confident that the knee will hold up and that we'll have a good showing in both classes."
Cody Wyman is currently in 8th place in point standing for the AMA Pro Supersport series. Cody is aiming to get back to the top-5 form he displayed this year’s season opener at Daytona International Speedway back in March.
"I'm really looking forward to Mid-Ohio," Cody said. "I want to go out there and run back towards the front of the pack. I like the track and I think we have a good shot as long as we come out of the gate swinging on Saturday morning. It's tough with the short weekends, but it's the same for everybody. I can't wait."
Kyle Wyman racing also includes Travis Wyman. Travis has not competed in any AMA Pro Road Racing events this year, opting instead to collaborate in teaching with the Dream Racing car school in Las Vegas with plans to return in August to compete in the AMA Pro Harley-Davidson series at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
This weekend’s events will be streamed live from http://www.fanschoice.tv. Coverage will begin at 8:00 a.m. EST this Saturday, July 19th and will continue through the course of the weekend.
