The 5 Star Award recognizes new offices with outstanding revenue growth within their first six months of operation. The award was received at the PrideStaff Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV where PrideStaff Strategic-Partners from across the country come together to review results, share best practices and receive training in a variety of fields related to owning and operating a full-service staffing firm.

Pam joined PrideStaff in 2012 and opened the PrideStaff Scottsdale office in October 2012. Before joining PrideStaff, she spent over 20 years in Human Resource Management in the Phoenix area. She managed the HR function for companies with tens of thousands of employees, as well as small organizations. By combining that experience with the national resources PrideStaff offers, she is able to provide a higher level of service for employers and job seekers in the Scottsdale area.
