Ten Tree Media, a green web development and online advertising agency recently announced that it expects to plant more than 100 acres of trees by the end of 2013. The company plants 10 trees for every new project that it begins, and its name reflects this tradition.

"From the start, we wanted to do more than provide a fantastic service; we wanted to do something that inspired us", says Amit Bijlani the company's senior account manager. "We're all concerned about the environment and the impact that we have. Our company culture thrives on this concept as a method to stimulate growth, not only growth in the business realm, but in the personal one."
It's already been a very good year for the company, which looks to have grown more than 400 percent by the end of this quarter. With a current month-to-month growth rate of 60 percent, things continue to be on an upward trajectory. "We never look back and haven't since the beginning," exclaims the company's senior account manager Yusef Lockwood. "From the start, our focus has been to drive stellar, ROI positive results for our clients. They've seen drastic rises in revenue from our work and it's starting to pay off in dividends, for them and for us."
In a world that seems to be saturated with online marketing and web development companies, Ten Tree Media has carved out a niche for itself. So far, the agency has primarily focused on clients in the medical and lending fields. "We have a lot of experience in those industries and understand them well," claims Bijlani. "In my experience, sticking within verticals helps us to remain focused, and the successes we have with any one client can be carried through multiple projects. Because our customers tend to have a similar audience, once we take insights from A/B testing or learn new ways to engage the end-user, we're able to improve results across the board."
Where does Ten Tree Media plan to go from here? The company plans to expand its mix of IT services while continuing to supply web development and online marketing services in 2014. Lockwood remarks, "Our planet can always use more trees. The recent forest fires here in Vegas are just another reminder of why it's so important to ensure that new trees are able to grow and flourish." Ten Tree Media expects to keep growing and flourishing too. "In a way, the 100 acres that we expect to plant by the end of the year are a visual representation of the success that we bring to our clients and of ours as well."
