Certified personal trainer and strength coach opens fitness business serving all of Las Vegas.

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 26, 2014

Nathan Minor is pleased to announce the launch of his new fitness enterprise serving all of the Las Vegas metro area. His personal training company will be training everyone from pro athletes to those who simply want to get back in shape.

Nathan Minor is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. He will be offering boot camp classes, personalized diets, one-on-one sessions, strength and condition sessions and much more. Though Nathan is from Ohio, he has been a Las Vegas resident for many years, working at the Las Vegas Athletic Club. He also works several nights per week as a Chippendale’s dancer and has been performing there for about ten years.

Nathan had this to say, “I’ve been working on this idea for years. People were always coming up to me and asking how I stayed so fit. I’m really committed to good health and working out and have learned so many unique secrets. So I decided it was time to share what I’ve learned over the years with others.”

Most people respond very well to one-on-one fitness training because they are held accountable for their weekly work-outs and eating habits. Nathan will be sharing tips about nutrition and helping his clientele devise a personalized menu plan that fits their lifestyle. His personal training sessions are very reasonably priced and boot camp classes will also be offered. These will be structured, but fun and friendly, plus designed for all levels of participants. They do not require a long-term commitment and the scheduling is very flexible.

Nathan offers this advice on losing weight, “Eat five to six small meals a day, comprised of protein (meat and cheese) and fiber (fruits and vegetables). Drink tons of water. The most important meals are breakfast and immediately following a workout. Stay away from candy and soda!”
