LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The second UnitedHealthcare IRONKIDS Las Vegas Fun Run raced around Henderson Pavilion today. UnitedHealthcare mascot Dr. Health E. Hound kicked-off the one-mile race, joined by UnitedHealthcare of Nevada’s chief medical officer, Dr. Laurine Tibaldi, leading warm-up exercises and cheering on the runners as they crossed the finish line. The kids, ages 3-15 had the opportunity to run on the same course as the 2014 IRONMAN® 70.3® Silverman, which takes place tomorrow. T
