Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) October 02, 2014
Valerie Parker has been a member of LeTip International since 2001 and was recently named Regional Director for LeTip International. LeTip is the world's largest privately owned professional business leads organization and networking organization made up of members held to the highest caliber of professionalism doing business with one another.
“We are delighted to have Valerie as part of our LeTip management team. Valerie’s leadership and entrepreneurial skills add to the professionalism of the organization and her administrative aptitude is evident in the way she runs a business, which is expected from all management of LeTip International,” says LeTip CEO and President, Kim Marie Branch-Pettid.
Parker earned her degree in business from National University, San Diego, and was the President/CEO of VP Marketing, Inc. and BGreen Branding. She was also a recognized leader in the Las Vegas community where she lived before moving to California to take her position with LeTip. With over 20 years in sales and marketing, Parker has been a sales leader in the corporate arena and was a nationally recognized top payroll sales producer for McBee, Inc. for eight consecutive years. Eventually realizing that her clients needed more options and that she was an entrepreneur at heart, she created VP Marketing, Inc. and provided innovative, cutting edge products with a multitude of options.
With a keen interest in green initiatives, Parker then concentrated her efforts on providing earth friendly options for brand development, packaging, printing, design, and apparel with BGreen Branding. Her focus was to encourage her clients to go green whenever possible and to encourage businesses and communities to create environmentally friendly and sustainable business practices.
Parker was honored at the Athena Awards in 2012 and inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame in 2013. She was the 2013-2014 President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Southern Nevada and has served on the board since 2008. She was also selected by the National Association of Women Business Owners to serve on the 2014 nominating committee for NAWBO’s National Board. The business publication VEGAS, Inc. selected Parker as one of fourteen “Women to Watch 2014” in Southern Nevada and she was recently selected as a Distinguished Women of Nevada 2014.
She is committed to many community programs and supports Dress for Success, Goodie Two Shoes, Las Vegas Rescue Mission, American Lung Association, and the American Red Cross of Las Vegas. Parker says, "My LeTip family has provided the foundation for the success in my career, my education through my relationships with members and their businesses, the ability to feel comfortable as a speaker, and helped me become a recognized leader in my community. Thank you, LeTip, for allowing me to take the next step by becoming the Regional Director for the San Diego region." Reported by PRWeb 1 hour ago.
