Hospitality Veteran Sandra Horvath to Promote Resort as Premier Destination in Baja California

Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loréto, the newest member of Villa Group Resorts, today announced the appointment of Sandra Horvath as the resort’s new Director of Sales & Marketing, focusing on promoting tourism at Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loréto.

Horvath has more than 20 years of experience in hotel sales and the hospitality industry. She will be based at Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loréto’s Las Vegas call center in Nevada, where she will work to promote travel to the Islands of Loréto and Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loréto.

Horvath began her career in the hotel industry in 1992 as a sales coordinator at one of Las Vegas’ boutique properties, and went on to open three hotels in Las Vegas, most recently the Westin Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa, where she served as Director of Sales and Marketing for more than 9 years. While at Westin, she led an award-winning sales team, which garnered awards such as the Starwood Hotel Sales Team of the Year and Starwood Global Sales Partnership Award for North America.

Her depth of experience and industry contacts will be an asset to Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loréto.
