Cigar Advisor Magazine has released a supplemental travel article for their July 2013 issue. This latest piece, a Las Vegas travel guide, is written by Rocky Patel as part of his continuing “Keys to the City” column featuring the best eating, drinking, and cigar smoking spots in a variety of US cities.

Easton, PA (PRWEB) July 18, 2013

The all-new Cigar Advisor is an online cigar magazine that brings a fresh, irreverent, and down-to-earth perspective on all things cigars to thousands of smokers. In addition to educational cigar content and behind-the-scenes cigar industry articles from some of the business’s top names, Cigar Advisor delivers an array of content about a variety of topics of interest to people who enjoy the cigar lifestyle. The magazine also features cigar reviews and ratings submitted by real smokers. Cigar Advisor has just published a Las Vegas travel guide by CEO and namesake of Rocky Patel Cigars, part of his monthly “Keys to the City” series.

"I just love the energy of Las Vegas," says Rocky Patel in this month's Keys to the City. From the aquatic ballet of The Bellagio's dancing fountains, to the succulent Lobster Thermador at Andre's, to a " Ménage á Trois" at Tryst in The Wynn, Rocky has made some suggestions – based on first-hand experience – for a few of the venues every traveler will want to add to his or her Las Vegas itinerary. Says Patel, “there's a lot more to do than give your money away to croupiers and strippers.”

Known for its majestic hotels, cavernous casinos, and spectacular entertainment, Rocky Patel identified key Las Vegas spaces and places for this guide, choosing them for two main reasons: first, they are his favorite hotels, restaurants, bars and lounges – including Vegas cigar bars. Second, it’s about how he describes Las Vegas as a whole: “in one word it would be ‘energetic,’" Rocky says. “I just love the energy that comes from this city, and being a foodie, I love the diversity of the cuisine, not to mention, you can have a great meal even in the wee hours of the night.”

Patel recognizes “Sin City” as a wonderland of activity, no matter how you’re looking to be entertained. Whether it’s a stage show, a concert, a nightclub, a quiet lounge, or the commotion of a casino, “when you're in Las Vegas, it's almost impossible not to find something fun to do,” Patel writes. He also loves the fact that cigar enthusiasts can smoke in most places besides restaurants in Las Vegas. Rocky notes, “The vibe and the charge is over the top.”

Rocky then details his destination picks, addressing Las Vegas travelers both new and experienced: “Whether you're a regular traveler to Las Vegas, or planning your first visit there, I hope you'll make it a point to add these destinations to your ‘must-do’ list. I promise you'll be that much richer for it, even if your luck at the tables doesn't work out as planned.”
