The star of the TLC documentary The Man With the 132 Lb. Scrotum died Friday following two recent heart attacks.
Wesley Warren Jr. suffered from scrotal lymphedema, a rare condition which caused enormous swelling in his testicles. Warren had the growth surgically removed in April 2013.
The Las Vegas resident let cameras capture his painful condition, and he also spoke to The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM. He later said that appearance led to a positive change in his life.
After he previously called in, he received an outpouring of affection from listeners in the form of donations and supportive e-mails, which he says he’ll never forget.
'If not for the generosity of those people who have helped me, I’d be out on the street and disabled.'I want to give the biggest thank you in the world to these people — as big as the Big Apple.'
