Some time ago – in late November 2013, to be more precise – I told you about how, come January 2014, the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign would switch to being powered by solar. Recent news on the topic says that workers have completed the solar tree installation intended to help green up this iconic welcome sign. What's more, it appears that the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign has been running on said green energy source...
